Lonan came in to see me, when he was 2 weeks old, for his newborn session. I am so glad that his parents asked me to do his baby pictures. If you don't remember, I recently photographed his sister's birthday session! It will be exciting to see he and Raven grow up. I am sure they will be in front of my camera quite a few more times in the future.
I am so grateful Erika & Garrett asked me to be their wedding photographer. The couple are high school sweethearts and Erika's mom was my daughter's 1st grade teacher!
When I asked the couple how they met, Erika said, "Garrett and I met during the first few weeks of High School in 2006, he was a Senior and I was a Freshman. He told me not to be shy, that I could talk to him- and I haven't stopped talking since! We would write notes and pass them to each other in the hallway between classes (and still have a box of them) and we began dating later in the semester".
The couple have always known that they were going to get married someday but when they found out that they were expecting their first baby, they knew they wanted to be married before he made his arrival. Baby Perry is expected to arrive in June 2017, so they quickly planned their wedding for January. Garrett's cousin owns Chrisman Manor, a wonderful venue that I love photographing.
